Missing teeth or having broken teeth can cause a host of dental problems, but not just dental-related—it can cause health problems.
This procedure, called Teeth in a Day, is where we are able to extract all the broken remaining teeth that are left there, place implants, and on the same day deliver a new smile that looks natural.
These types of cases are life-changing for our patients. They come in, they’ve been in pain for many, many years, and then all of a sudden they’re leaving with a new smile—fixed, not removable, meaning they’re attached to the implants—the same day that their teeth have come out. In our office, they never have to go without teeth.
The Teeth in a Day process is really quite unique. When they come in, a lot of these patients haven’t smiled for years and years and years. And then I see them on their follow-up, and they’re smiling, their personality is starting to come out, they’re actually starting to be themselves now.
And so, for me, it’s one of the most rewarding procedures—when you can really give back someone’s confidence just in allowing them to smile and chew and enjoy foods that they probably weren’t able to. It can be life-changing for these patients.
