Been a patient of Dr. Patel for 4 years now. Staff is amazing and professional, and they clearly know what they are doing. He is an expert in his field, and the staff have been there since the beginning, for good reason I will always be a client of Dr. Patel‘s and genuinely look forward to coming to his office for dental work x-rays and other procedures. His entire operation is excellent and exceeds expectations. It is almost as if you were at a spa where general dental work is not as intimidating Absolutely fantastic and takes care of each and every client thank you Dr. Patel and thank you to your staff, as always I will be referring anyone that asks to your dental clinic. You are absolutely the best there is. Update: Still an active patient, lovely practice, knowledgeable and professional, and recently have had teeth whitening and it works, he provided me with the correct treatment for my smile. Thank you!

Dr.Patel and his team are very friendly and sincerely care about you, but above that they do everything with excellence. They go above and beyond what you would expect. From cleanings to crowns, the hands working on you are gentle, very skilled and you are always presented with a smile and a heart of caring. I will never change dentists. Dr Patel and his team are my forever dental care.

I have been a patient for over twenty years. I really appreciate the leadership of Drs Patel, Bauman and Chakravarti , their amazing staff that consistently exceed expectations. They are true leaders in the dental field. The office is amazing and you will feel comfortable and relaxed as they work their smile magic on you. Janeime and Lindsay are rock star hygienists as well as Tara and Melissa that make the team great! Dr Patel and I reminisced about work he did 24 years ago and it is still going strong! What a fantastic place to have your teeth and smile perfected. Long term patient and oral surgeon.

I'm in a wheelchair and have had trouble finding a dentist that can accommodate me because their exam rooms are small or there are other impediments (oddly shaped office, stuff in the hallways etc.) Dentistry at East Piedmont had no such barriers. They were able to treat me in my chair. I have an implant for which the post was broken. Dr. Bauman was able to glue it in place for a temporary solution, which might be all I need. I enjoyed working with them and look forward to a further association with them
