Dr. Ashish Patel founded Dentistry at East Piedmont in 2001 after seeing how impersonal dental care could become when speed mattered more than people. He wanted to build the opposite kind of practice. A place where patients were known by name, the clinical work was precise, and every visit carried the warmth of being treated like family.
That founding idea still shapes the practice today. It's why our three-doctor team trains together, learns together, and coordinates care together. It's also why patients who started with us in 2001 are still here, now bringing in their children and grandchildren.

More than 25 years later, Dentistry at East Piedmont is still growing with the people it serves. Dr. Patel continues to invest in digital scanning, CEREC same-day crowns, Guided Biofilm Therapy, sedation options, and the training that helps dentistry feel more precise, more comfortable, and more personal.
Today, Dr. Bauman, Dr. Neha, and Dr. Patel bring different strengths to the same shared standard. Cosmetic artistry, restorative precision, comfort, and long-term trust all live under one roof.

I had been seen by another dentist and wasn't happy. My friend recommended her dentist and I was blow away. It was the absolute best dental experience I have ever had. The minute you walk in you feel welcomed and relaxed. Dr. Neha was exceptionally great at figuring out why I was having so much pain in my lower jaw. She listened to me and really took her time. Explained that my bite was off and one tooth had been taking all the pressure of my bites and my nerve was inflamed. The moment she adjusted my back crown .... it was instant relief. Left and was yet again blow away that she texted me to see if I was still feeling better. She is the absolute best dentist I have EVER seen. Love her and will be bragging on my experience with her to all my friends!

Dentistry at East Piedmont is the BEST! From the moment you walk through the door it is a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly, the facility is clean, the hygienists are accommodating and efficient, and the doctors are straightforward and passionate. As someone with dental anxiety and sensory issues, the team here made me feel comfortable and listened to my needs. There are so many dental offices in the area and I feel incredibly lucky to have found this gem!
