Dr. Danielle Bauman

Georgia training with top-of-class honors

Dr. Bauman is Georgia through and through. She grew up in Alpharetta, earned a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics at the University of Georgia, then continued at the Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University, where she graduated summa cum laude at the top of her class. Her time there included membership in the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society.

Residency Training for More Complex Care

After dental school, Dr. Bauman completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at the Dental College of Georgia, with intensive training in dental implants, surgical extractions, sedation dentistry, and comprehensive restorative care. That residency matters when treatment is more involved. Dr. Bauman can plan and complete many surgical and sedation cases inside the same practice where your routine care happens.

Gentle care when the visit is not simple

The patients who have been with Dr. Bauman the longest describe the same thing. Calm, unhurried care from someone who explains every step and treats a routine visit with the same attention as a complex case. Her conservative philosophy is part of that trust. She does not recommend treatment you do not need, and she does not shy away from the harder work when you do.

Outside the Practice

When she’s not at the practice, Dr. Bauman is on a bike, on a trail, or at a new restaurant with family and friends. She’s a proud Georgia Bulldogs supporter, which, after four years in Athens, is non-negotiable.
