The Patient
This patient came to Dentistry at East Piedmont with a smile concern that was affecting function, confidence, or both. Onlays provide a more conservative alternative to crowns. They wanted a result that felt secure, looked natural, and fit the way they wanted to live with their smile.
The Plan

The two premolars are done with fillings while the molars were restored using onlays. The finished smile feels more complete, more comfortable, and easier to trust in daily life.
